MRS SARITHA KOMALLA
With over 20 years of rich experience in HR,
administration, employee relations, and organizational development, I have
consistently worked at the intersection of people, processes, guidance,
and growth. My journey as a DGM – HR & Administration across
multiple branches of a reputed educational institution (school) has enabled me
to deeply understand human behaviour, career choices, motivation patterns, and
the challenges individuals face while aligning their strengths with their
professional goals.
Throughout my career, I have successfully handled
recruitment, counselling, grievance management, performance appraisal,
training, and talent development initiatives. These experiences have
strengthened my ability to identify potential, nurture strengths,
resolve concerns, and guide individuals toward meaningful progress. My
leadership roles demanded empathy, clarity, structured thinking, and an ability
to mentor people through different stages of their career journeys—skills that
form the foundation of effective career counselling.
Transitioning into a career counselor allows me
to bring the same passion for people development into a more personal and
impactful space. I aspire to help students and professionals explore their
abilities, overcome confusion, make informed decisions, and build confidence in
their chosen paths. By combining my HR expertise, counselling experience, and
deep understanding of educational environments, I aim to add value to every
individual’s life by helping them discover opportunities that align with their
strengths, aspirations, and future potential.
